Returns & Refunds

Returns are sent to: Feagau Jewelry Returns 8902 E. Via Linda, #110-239, Scottsdale, AZ 85258-5419. All returns must be accompanied by the original paperwork enclosed in the shipment. We suggest that you insure the return for the original cost. Your refund will be issued to the card you made the purchase with, within about a about a week from the time we receive the return. Merchandise must be in original condition. If your items were damaged in shipping, email customercare@feagau.com and let us know before returning it.
